Melbourne Food & Wine festival is a yearly event that everybody loves it, especially me as a coffee addict....
this festival of course have a coffee stand and luckily it is very close to my house, located on the side of Yarra River this stand will represent widely known cafes in greater Melbourne area....

They are using the same espresso machine (also glasses and take away cups) everyday, as I think it's provided by the EO so it's quite good idea that all cafes do not need to set up a coffee machine....
just bring their own beans, milks, baristas and they are ready to serve us....
differences are the coffee bean, barista, and milk
The first day Coffee is from.....
Three Bags Full
Flat white tastes great with a lovely latte are (should be called flat white art) on it....

The second day coffee is from
Monk Bodhi Dharma
No flat white art for 2nd day, tastes just OK for me as they were very busy making coffees and I can feel their pressure as well
